Online Product Development
From an idea to a working product people use: platforms, member apps and online programs for mission-driven organizations.
What we do
Many organizations know what they want to offer online but have no team to build it. We design, build and launch it with you, then keep it running.
Today, modern development tools let a small team put a working prototype in front of you in days, and ship a finished product without a large engineering staff.
We build what you will own. The product, the content and the data stay yours, and we hand over everything needed to run it.
- Product strategy and scoping: what to build first, and what to leave out
- Clickable prototypes in days, so decisions are made on something real
- Member apps and online learning programs
- Platforms for networks, communities and marketplaces
- Accessible, multilingual design
- Launch, hosting and ongoing operation
How we engage
Agree on who it is for and the smallest version worth launching.
Prototype, test with real users, and refine.
Launch, measure, and keep improving, or hand it over.
