Activators are experts, connectors, investors and operators who offer help on their own terms — the cadence and volume of what reaches you is yours to set. When a contribution creates real value, that is recognized: a fee, a donation, or simply the credit. Your call.

How a match actually happens
Six steps, always in this order.
- A project comes in. Shared with IKA and clearly framed, with our help if it needs it.
- It is reviewed and matched. We select a short, relevant list of Activators and share an anonymized version of the ask.
- Offers come back. Interest, expertise, or a proposed connection.
- You choose. The client reviews anonymized offers and decides who to connect with — one, or several.
- Introductions are made. Only once both sides have agreed. Then full documentation is shared.
- More when it is useful. If the project outlasts one cycle, further opportunities are secured and activated.
Confidential by default. A project is only ever seen by the small group of Activators actually being considered for it, and names are shared only after both sides say yes. Every introduction is a decision a person makes — never an automated match.
Why we built it
Our network has always been the firm's real asset, and for years the only way to reach it was to ask Iva. That does not scale, and it quietly wastes the generosity of people who would help if someone asked them precisely enough. Activate is the version of that which respects everyone's time: specific asks, curated matching, and no cold list ever.
